Step 2: Application Review + Fit Conversation

Sarah will review the application to determine whether the private mentorship is the right fit for the dancer’s age, goals, timeline, and current stage of development. If it appears aligned, you’ll be invited to schedule a complimentary fit call to talk through the mentorship structure, current availability, and best next step.

Step 3: Private Enrollment


If the mentorship is the right fit, you’ll receive a private enrollment link with the full details, investment options, and next steps to begin.

Application + Fit Call

This private mentorship is intentionally limited and application-based so each dancer receives personalized, high-level guidance.

After your application is reviewed, Sarah will determine whether the private mentorship is the right fit for the dancer’s age, goals, timeline, and current stage of development.

If it appears aligned, you’ll be invited to schedule a complimentary fit call to talk through the dancer’s goals, the structure of the mentorship, current availability, and investment options.

  • This mentorship is for dancers pursuing college teams, professional teams, or industry opportunities who want personalized strategy, accountability, and honest feedback over 8 weeks. Parents can be involved in the process as well.

  • Because this mentorship is intentionally limited, qualified applicants may be offered a waitlist spot or a next-best option while waiting for the next opening.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If your application looks like a strong fit, Team Sarah Schnee will contact you with the appropriate next step, which may be a private fit call or a private enrollment invitation.

  • Yes. For aspiring dancers, parent involvement is encouraged. This mentorship often works best when the dancer and parent are aligned on goals, timing, investment, and next steps.

  • No. No honest mentor can guarantee an outcome in dance. What I can give you is experienced guidance, honest feedback, stronger preparation, clearer materials, and a more strategic plan.

  • You’ll have weekly check-ins and boundaried messaging support for focused questions between calls. This is designed to keep you moving without turning the mentorship into unlimited daily coaching.
