No. A paid 1:1 Strategy Call is not required. Apply directly to The Manager’s Mentorship. If your application looks like a strong fit, Sarah Schneeweis will invite you to a short, complimentary Mentorship Fit Call to confirm alignment and answer enrollment questions.

No. The Mentorship Fit Call is complimentary and is used only for mutual fit and qualification. It is not a coaching session. A standalone paid 1:1 Strategy Call remains a separate offer and is not required to apply or enroll.
